Hubs and I were doing laundry across the street and decided to come here for lunch. It was hot so food a beer were needed! We were seated right away and given ice water, chips and salsa-good start! As we looked at the menu they had many tasty looking dishes but decided to stick with the lunch menu. We had decided that the salsa was a little bland so we asked our waiter, Aldolpho, if they had anything spicier-and they did! He brought out a tomatillo base and spicy tomato base salsas. Let me say YUM! Ask for them its definatley worth it. We both ordered dark beers and they came ice cold. I ordered lunch special #2 Taco, Chile Relleno and beans and Hubby ordered the Quesadilla Jalisco. Both came hot and yummy. Mine was a crispy beef taco with crunchy cool lettuce and tomatoes. The relleno was battered perfectly and fried to perfection with lots of yummy stringy cheese! Beans were delish. The quesadilla was crammed with spiced shrimp, sautéed veggies and cheese. It comes with awesome pico de gallo and a small mexican salad. We ate almost every bite and were happily stuffed. Aldolpho was the perfect waiter-efficient without hanging over you. The prices were extremely reasonable. All in all a huge success. Don't hesitate to try it!
WOW...what a nice surprise in Owensville! Really good, authentic Mexican fare at a fair price, with great, friendly service. The chips were fresh & crispy and served with tasty salsa. My combo meal was delicious and my granddaughter loved the fajitas. Will definitely be back when in Owensville.
We enjoy dining at the restaurant because the food is always exceptionally fresh and well prepared. Large servings for a decent price too. The service is good.
We eat here often. Great service. Good food. The Fajitas are excellent and include Tomatoes. Great margaritas for the price and massive 64 oz ones (so fun!) I've enjoyed several entrees and enjoyed them. Family loves it. Queso is very good. Give it a shot! Good prices and good food.
Everything is awesome and truly authentic! Service is spot on. The food is amazing, salsas (all of them) are delicious. The rice is made fresh every day, and I have ordered some to take home for another meal. Ambiance is wonderful and relaxing I would eat here almost every day, but my husband limits me to no more than twice a week!
